Chicago Highlands Club, is among the finest private family clubs in Chicagoland. An Arthur Hills designed golf course built over an existing landfill designed with a dynamic and alternating topography where a view into the Chicago skyline can be seen.

We designed a very efficient new 32k sf clubhouse reminiscent of their golf course and maintained their existing architectural language. The site we selected worked out great as we blended the golf course and the clubhouse to the lower level street access creating the whole building a retaining wall.
